Crimson Desert The Unreachable Village: How to Reach the Area

Exploring the expansive world of Crimson Desert leads players to numerous hidden settlements, but few present as unique a puzzle as Pororin Village. Commonly known as the Unreachable Village, this secluded location repeatedly turns away unwanted visitors using sleep darts. Gaining entry requires players to trigger a specific quest line by interacting with the local guardians and completing a task for a young Shai.

Starting The Unreachable Village Quest

To begin your journey into this secret location, head toward the Pororin Forest situated near Florindale. As you approach the village borders, the local Shai defenders will shoot you with tranquilizer darts and knock you unconscious. You must repeat this process three times until a Shai named Arkin calls out to you from a nearby tree.

Speaking with Arkin initiates the quest proper, revealing that you can earn passage into the settlement by helping her retrieve a stolen item. She explains that a key artifact was taken and rests atop the head of a massive forest creature patrolling nearby.

Locating the Wandering Ent

After receiving your instructions, travel east toward Trembling Gorge where the colossal tree creature wanders. The quest target is not stationary, as the Ent continuously walks a predictable clockwise circuit around the gorge. Traveling counter-clockwise along the path allows you to intercept the creature far more quickly.

Look for fallen timber and moving leaves in the air to track the monster's recent movements. If the creature fails to spawn, resting at a nearby checkpoint or hiding in a tall tree often triggers its appearance.

Retrieving the Pororin Relic

When you encounter the giant Ent, avoid engaging in direct combat. Your goal is simply to reach the top of its head to interact with the Pororin Relic. You can climb a surrounding cliff and glide down, scale the creature directly, or use aerial movement abilities to land on top.

Once positioned on the creature's head, press the interaction prompt to secure the stolen item. With the relic safely in your inventory, return to Arkin at her cliffside spot in Trembling Gorge.

Unlocking Village Access and Rewards

Handing over the artifact completes the quest and grants permanent, unrestricted access to Pororin Village. The Shai guardians will no longer knock you out when you approach the borders. Unlocking this area also opens up access to rare merchant items, unique side quests, and the local Cat Village.
